Sound Baths
With the release of the EP's final single, "Temple," on February 8th, 2024, Mardi is offering Sound Bath sessions at Chakana Day Spa + Wellbeing.
These sessions complement the EP, blending music with a symphony of instruments tuned to calming frequencies. Participants can anticipate being immersed in a state of deep relaxation through the harmonious fusion of voice, song, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, tuning forks, drums, and gongs. Mardi's unique approach integrates sound healing, scent infusion, and a hypnotic journey of letting go and tuning in, guiding participants through their own sonic anatomy and the resonating chambers that house their energetic system. It's an awakening—an exploration through the layers of the psyche via a pyramid of sound.
